Question: How do I get refunded a Norwegian ticket?

To apply refund on a ticketless booking you can send a mail to: reisebyra-refusjon@norwegian.no

Every agency must check their NAC rapports before NAC closes (usually 3-5 days after the turn of the month).

- Errors made before NAC closing (FP CASH, RC or NONREF) can be adjusted at once, and refunded from NAC.

- Errors made after NAC closing, the agency must send us a refund application.
