If you have not received travel documents for a flight you have booked you can go to the following link and find your travel documents. If this does not help it is possible to print out your travel documents by logging on to your profile.
Click on ”My journeys” and you can find your travel documents. As a last resort you can write down your reference number and bring this with you to the airport, however we would prefer you to bring complete travel documents.
You MUST have travel documents when travelling to/from Russia.
TIPS:
- Our reference numbers do not contain the numbers 0 or 1
- Last names must be written using "English" characters, e.g. Jørgensen=Joergensen
- If you have a double last name (with or without hyphen) this must be written as ONE name with no spaces.
